Tony Palacio, Founder and Creative Director of Palacio Events, has spent more than a decade in the wedding industry creating celebrations that feel personal, intentional, and effortlessly refined. Known for his hands-on approach and calm demeanor, Tony becomes more than a planner; he is a trusted advocate dedicated to ensuring every couple feels supported throughout the planning journey.
With a background spanning floral design, venue management, and event leadership across multiple states, Tony brings both creative vision and operational expertise to every celebration. His experience has taught him that exceptional events are built through thoughtful collaboration, genuine relationships, and an unwavering attention to detail.

Ariana began her career as an event assistant before advancing to manage a wedding venue in Chandler, AZ, giving her a unique perspective on both the planning and venue sides of the industry. Her calm presence, attention to detail, and unwavering dedication make her exactly the kind of person every couple wants by their side on a wedding day. She has a remarkable ability to create order amidst a busy event while making everyone around her feel supported, comfortable, and at ease.
As a mother of two, Ariana embodies resilience, compassion, and strength. Her patience, nurturing spirit, and steady leadership bring a balance to our team that cannot be taught. The warmth and care she brings to every wedding often serve as a grounding force for both our couples and our team, something we deeply value and appreciate.
